I don’t know if some of you ever competed in the matches at the Radcliff Ranch outside of Dexter ,Kan. or bought reloading supplies from Powder Valley ( before they sold it to their daughter Noel and husband ). Kent and Paula Radcliff were the founders of Powder Valley and Kent passed away I believe yesterday. Funeral arrangements are pending. He was a great guy. I know he will be missed by many people.
