Man Sallie's does some good sausage! We had an entire doe done last year in summer sausage. Only problem was that it didn't last long enough. We had them make brats as well but weren't fans. Seems like they were way too gamey. I wonder i something went wrong during their manufacture or if we just didn't have the palette for them.
