It would be pretty tough but with her picking the supreme court I could see her try it. My hope is republicans keep it and actually act like conservatives and obstruct the hell out of her candidates unless she nominates and moderate. If dems take it I do think they will eliminate the filibuster ( take my ball and go home) to stack the court.
Wanting to limit our gun rights while bringing in refugees that likely include some terrorists ( 1 out of a hundred is two many in my opinion) and also illegal immigrants its ironic they want to disarm the law biding citizens.
