Okay, going back to your original statement, do you think that it's God's will to force people to allow firearms in their places of business?

No, i think that's a matter of business regulation. Not unlike forcing them to allow service dogs, requiring them to allow guns to be stored in their parking lots, forcing them to have so many fire exits or handicap spots.

try kicking out someone with a service dog and using that 'private property muh freedom' argument and see how much you have to pay out as a result.

Well, we could just deny business licenses. That way we're not infringing on their property rights, and he can do as he pleases with it.

Yeah, let's give that a try...c'mon, you are pissin' against the wind here Pal. Deny them a license to do business....Jeebus; where did you come up with that? Bad whisky maybe?

Well, it doesn't seem to be very popular but you are, after all, entitled to have it. I sure don't agree with you though. I'm guessing that further discussion is pointless so I'm going to move on. Have a nice evening.

Maybe you should consider your position supporting the regulations you note that are in place now. A business is property. Without property rights there are no rights.

Private property and commercial/business property are separate things, legally speaking. Business owners have an obligation to serve the entire community fairly and with minimum standards of safety and care. That's how you know people aren't spitting in your food or putting stuff in your gasoline when you buy it. Also how we make sure the disabled and minorities are able to fulfill their minimum daily living requirements -- such as being employed and being able to buy groceries at a local store.

Incorrect

I think, morally speaking, you could make an argument that business owners should have the right to do what they please with their property without the government interfering, mandating or regulating. But if we're speaking legally, that is entirely correct and current law, as far as i am aware.
