I actually think they are very underrated. If you shoot a lot and/or are an outdoorsman type person, their membership is a no brainer. They constantly run free shipping on merchandise and ammo, guns run 9.99 shipping I think. As some have mentioned previously, they often (seems like once day every week or 2) run a double discount special. I would also get their Credit Card if you buy alot of ammo and save an additional 2.5%. Their best deals on ammo are usually steel cased Russian stuff (Wolf) and they are always cheap on the Wolf Gold .223 (usually $308 or when on sale $303 per thousand). For the lay away types, they also offer a 4 pay plan to pay off your purchase in 4 months. They will ship your 4 pay plan stuff immediately, I've used it on a couple gun purchases.
Of the about 20 orders I've had with them this year, I had only 1 shipping issue. Their packaging can be suspect at times with ammo and one time a case of ammo wasn't delivered and I could tell the box had been taped up by shipper in a repair job. They could tell the ammo was lost by weights provided by shipper and I had a replacement ammo within a week.
