    Re: Accelerator rounds

Any issues with the sabots as it leaves the cylinder and jumps into the forcing cone?
  3. Re: Shotgun Ideas for Sporting Clays and Opinion of Red Castle Please

Not only would I hold as many as possible, I'd try to go shoot as many as possible. Don't over look a CZ when looking at O/U's. Beretta 400xcel is almost unequaled in a semi-auto. What's your budget?...

Fish caught, good road trip, and getting to spend time with the wife........I'd say it was worth the trip.

    Re: Let's talk 30-06 ammo

Hornady makes a couple of different 180gr offerings that use their SST bullets, which would be more favorable over the core-lokt bullets as far as BC goes. $25-$30 a box.

That should work. I bought these with the intent of shooting a 45gr Barnes out of my .30-378 and pretend to be Roy Weatherby:)

I'll send some your way, I picked them up at a Super Daves gun show in Claremore. A guy had several packages scattered on a table, cheap, so I took them all. Not sure on the bullet seating procedure,...

    Re: Accelerator rounds

I bought 300 .30/.22 sabots at a gun show last spring and have yet to do anything with them. Got a full box of factory .308 accelerators, just keep them for a conversation piece.

Re: Student mad at teacher at Duncanville high

Who's in authority here is not a issue. And obviously this kid has an issue with it, if he didn't, he would have handled it somewhere else besides in front of the class. The fact that it was recorded...

Re: Trapping - As seen on TV

Yes they are louder since it has the cylindar gap and the muzzle for sound to escape. The loudest thing I've fired short of a .50BMG was a cheap and poorly made .22 mag. Ear plugs were not enough!
