Do this, and you lose any right to sue. You complied, and whatever followed that decision is consensual. Exactly like giving consent to search.
Oklahoma Open Carry association now is taking orders for t-shirts. We think the design is pretty cool. If you have plans to participate in any of our rallies, you might want to get one.

I was thinking of saying something to you about it when I saw you, but I was made to park at the far south end of the fairgrounds and to walk a considerable distance. I asked if I could get closer,...
I don't exactly work on them, but I've owned several, and have one in one of my wreckers today. I've learned a few tricks over the years that I wouldn't mind sharing, and I know the best shop in OKC...
If I'm not mistaken, the letter referenced in the OP was put out in early January. Things have changed a little since the "great panic". The last gun I bought was there, and I paid a $30 premium...
Apologies if this was already discussed, I didn't find it.

Please tell me about this law that makes possession of an otherwise lawfully carried firearm a no no when it's in an 18 wheeler. A stolen gun is a no no in any vehicle, but what makes an 18 wheeler...
Not exactly correct. Any vehicle I sell at a T42 auction has no back tags or penalties. Ever. But of course, I'm not using the T42 process to commit title fraud.
Yep, this is very common.
tag it in Texas, then transfer to Oklahoma.
Oklahoma's handgun license is NOT recognized in WI... yet. WI does allow unlicensed open carry, but only on foot. In a motor vehicle has been construed as concealed carry. I strongly recommend...
This is everything that state law says about college campus carry. Max $250 admin fine and 3mos license suspension.
I should have put this in 2nd amendment. Can someone move it?
It doesn't have to be Saturday. Would Sunday afternoon work better?

We are putting together an event in Tulsa to be held sometime this month. Time is short. Please come read this planning thread on OKOCA's forum (opencarry.org's...
I'm confused by this. Utah already allowed unlicensed open carry with a "two step" rule. Basically meant that you were required to carry with a loaded mag and an empty chamber. You hat to take 2...
You owe me a new keyboard.
From my understanding, this would not allow for human consumption. Pet food maybe? Or meat for export?
Oh, yeah... OKC
I'm really glad that there are those on this board who will question these rumors, look into if they are even possible or plausible, and not just jump on the bandwagon of spreading them all over...
HB1558, which would exempt handgun licensees from the 10 YEAR FELONY for carrying concealed on public transit...
and HB2221, which would exempt a business from liability if they choose to allow...
I understand that this is your opinion, and you have every right to gather up your food and leave because someone asks you to. I choose to comply with their request, but to do so with my money...
I'll just leave this here.
There is nowhere in state law that says this. Your instructor gave you wrong information. The law actually says that an unlicensed person in possession of a firearm in a vehicle is not in violation...
