It's one of those it depends. I am not looking for a collectors piece but one that can go to the range. Gun Broker has them at all prices depending on bluing, condition, etc.
My Dad had a Sears&Roebuck J.C. Higgins Model 31 that I shot a lot growing up. Out of nostalgia I would like to get one for my Grandsons to shoot with. If you have one you would part with please contact me.
Thanks

I realized that the newest Springfield Krag is 113 years old but I am surprised at how hard it is to find brass or ammunition for one. I haven't found any at any of the online stores, all show to be out and get an email when they have some. Midway shows that brass is no longer available.

Looking for around 50 rounds of new or once fired 30-40 Krag Brass. Let me know if you have more or less had to start somewhere. Prefer in Tulsa area.

This a helpful thread. I have been looking at security systems for over a year trying to put together a system that is economical yet worth having. I have seen the lower end units and the night vision is not worth having. I am still looking at utilizing POE cameras but the cost is higher yet...
A friend is looking for someone in the Tulsa area that could replace his Garand's barrel and check headspace? He has the barrel. He can ship it off to Orion7 or Shuffs and have them do it but he hates to have to mail it. Ideas?
Thanks

Wow am I feeling old. My wife surprised me for my birthday by framing my Gusty drawing done by Don Woods (KTUL Weatherman). She told me she took it in to have it framed and no one had any idea what the drawing was or who Gusty was. Gee growing up getting a Gusty print from Don Woods and...

Hey Guys,
I have started looking for a WWII era P.38 pistol. I am wanting an all matching pistol but don't know anyone that I can talk to to learn what to look for. I have bought the books and joined the Walther forum and have started getting an idea but nothing substitutes talking to...
Does anyone know of a good smith in Tulsa that could be recommended to fit a limbsaver to a Beretta shotgun? I know of the one store but get irritated every time I go in there.
I am looking at the Taurus M85 with the 2.5" barrel. I like the idea of a little longer barrel over 1 7/8" barrel plus the price is attractive. Everything I read says Taurus has really upped their quality. I would probably still put in new Wolfe springs.
Anyone here have any personal...
I too have been having this problem more frequently in the .40 and 9mm reloads. My thought was that it was some of the cheaper brass that I was picking up at the range. Thanks for giving an idea on how to correct it. Now have a a set of the EGW U sizing die in 9mm on order.
