My coworker raves about Burn. I will have to get down there one day soon and try it out.

I heard Big Daddy's is closing, at least the one in BA.

Burn is awesome. Some of the best in Tulsa. Now out side of Tulsa is Fishs in Talaquah (or how ever you spell it )

Billy Sims is my favorite "chain" BBQ. The Heisman is the best sandwich ever.

    just like mine!!!

IMHO .. a good part of reason why Burnco is so goooood .. is the timing. they've got everyone trained to show up when their food is ready... not the other way around, when you are ready to eat.

Burnco starts serving at 10:30 until the food runs out. so everyone rushes the door when they open.

Please feed my feedback ... thanks...

They have me trained. Showed up there last Saturday at 10:50 and got a pulled pork sandwich, dumped my side of smoked potatoes on the sandwich and squirted a little sauce on top. I could swear there was an Angel above my head playing a harp as I ate it.

Since I posted in this thread, I tried Burn Co a couple of times. It is indeed my favorite around. That warm smoked potato salad is one of the best single food items I have EVER eaten.
I never thought of myself as a masochist, but Gold Bond Powder may have changed my mind.
