Those of us who deal in guns on a regular basis have our guns checked to make sure they are not stolen, but now anyone can get a gun checked out.

It's $19.95 a month for businesses but for a single lookup it is only $5.99
Free for LEO but you have to be verified first.

I can't find anywhere on their website where they definitively say if they have access to the NCIC database. I don't think they do from the way they talk around it and if that is the case, I can't see where it would be worth the money? Am I missing something?

If it has access to NCIC it would be a great find and asset to any gun or pawn shop. Pawnshops and Police Departments have access to Leads Online which is a great tool for running an individuals name to see if they have ever pawned stolen merchandise. It also has an extremely large database of stolen merchandise nationwide that most police departments use to find stolen merchandise. I just wish it was available to the public.
