I've been in martial arts since I was 12 off an on. Won nationals in '98 for fighting/sparring at the age of 31. I want to get back into it. I was training in MMA before it had a cool name. Who has a decent school in town now? Good training without being douchebags? Real world stuff. I don't want to be a cage fighter.

How many remember Kelly Hogan? He was my first instructor.

The Factory is a great choice. I go there sometimes if my gym is closed.

I train at Oklahoma Fight Club in Broken Arrow. Price is competitive, schedule is good, and they have a police discount.

I also think they are the best serious gym for a family-oriented environment and assurance that you won't get thrashed by the more experienced students/fighters.

PM me if you have any questions about OFC.
