Yeah I was pleased with this camera. Sad I didn't buy more of them. They were black friday special on midway last November. I only bought the one since I knew nothing of its quality, but it was well worth the $40.

Dang 264. I'm a bit jealous. Those are several very nice looking deer. You can only kill two... you should be generous with some of the extra.

Pulled the cards this weekend. Water holes are still pulling them in.

Dang. those are nice too. My spot feels inadequate. But it's free, and it's private!

I have been pretty impressed thus far with the cameras pictures

This season is very similar to last thus far. They are pretty predictable on water. THe time stamps are correct on the cameras as well. It has not been uncommon to see a noon visitor over the last month.

I would go on a limb and say that there are mature bucks on every WMA that most anybody would love to shoot. It is just a matter of finding them. It also only takes one person to jump them up and they will find a new home. I don't have a lot of experience on private ground so I am not sure if that is also the case on private ground.

Shooter, you are right in thinking that it is more common to see the furcated tines on a mule deer, but it is also pretty common to see a mule deer that lacks the forked G2. Especially in bucks that are younger.
