What rifle will you be using this fall for deer?

For rifle season, I'm making a change this year from my Whetherby 30-06 to my T/C Encore .308 with an AAC 762SD hanging off the end!

.243 or 25-06 or 8x57 or .308 or .223 or whatever strikes my fancy and depending upon where I am hunting. It will most often be the bow.

Am in wrong in recalling that suppressors are only allowed on non-game animals like hogs?
