    Hi,
    Newbie here, just joined.

I would like to know what type of experiences you have had with this gun club in Tulsa?
I was there last week and was not really impressed, or maybe it was just me...

I don't know you, but based on experience I would be willing to venture it wasn't you.......

I am a member there. I have never had a bad time there, gets a little crowded over the weekend, and i think the gun prices are a bit high. But i have always been treated well while i was there.

You can do a quick search on TFA and see what the consensus is. Overpriced guns, overpriced ammo, condescending staff for starters...

    And...

Welcome to the forum. It's a great bunch around here.

Rule 4: Doubletap: Carrying a gun is a great idea but it should never be your primary weapon. When you do end up using it for that last minute 'oh sh*t' moment remember to double tap. Its an emergency and that's why your using it and not your cricket bat so why skimp? One bullet more in the head will go a long way to ensuring your survival.

    It's awful. Avoid.

    Welcome to OSA though!

(try 2A or join Red Castle as they have an indoor range)

I'm just about 2 miles from TFA and I have tried them a few times over the past 20 years and it's still worth it to drive much further to anywhere else.

I am a member there and still prefer to go to 2A. I dont know why but the employees always do seem to have an attitude there.

It is a great location, with just a bit of an attitude adjustment it could be a great place.

When I first moved to Tulsa, I went in there to shoot a little. I started to buy a box of ammo and was told I could only buy THEIR ammo and had to give back any that I had left over. I asked them to stay that again as there was no way I'd heard that right. Yup, that's what they said. Needless to say, I've never been back.

I have been a member there in the past, if you want to just stand on the line and punch holes in paper stationary with no holster draw and no rapid fire they are fine. My shooting needs quickly outgrew what they offered. I have not shot at 2A but I have taken classes where Eric Fuson was one of my instructors and from what I have heard they are a much better facility so if you want an indoor range go to 2A. I am a member at USSA and love it.

I've had some of the same problems as the others... 2A is much better and there filter system is way better, so no gun powder up the nose. Just my two cents.
