I dont live near an Academy but if it had .223 at decent prices it'd be worth the drive. What are they charging for .223 in a brass case?

I was at the Yukon and Reno Walmart, they have none of the 100 packs of 45 acp. They did have some of the 9mm at the Reno store and I bought a box of them. They had gone up to $22.97. Also, none of the $4.97/20 pack of Tulammo of 5.56 at either store.

their website says pmc bronze and american eagle for $6.99, but i've never seen any of the pmc. tula and monarch steel case for $4.99 is their cheapest overall. i shop at the norman store and they have lots of various .223 brands in stock, just never the pmc.

Eek, isnt it like 12-15$ to get in? Thats an extra box of ammo, lol.

Good call though, if I cant wait any longer than sunday, I guess I might end up coughing up the ridiculous entry fee and picking up a box. Ive waited 6 months + to build this thing, and now I cant even shoot it because im dry, grr.

Although I'm not a fan of the high entry fee, it's not bad if you only go once every few months. You never know what you might find (except crappy knives. You know you'll find crappy knives at the gun show).

Keep an eye out for gun shows in Shawnee. Entry fees are around $5-7 and the last couple I went to had more goodies packed into their expo center than the ones at the Fair Grounds. Just FYI.

King's Pawn at Reno and Sunnylane (east part of greater OKC) has quite a few Privi Partizan ammo calibers. I have never had a problem with any of that manufacture. They even have some .375 H&H. Prices are reasonable.

They also carry a lot of other brands. I know of no greater variety in one place in the OKC area. Phone is 405 670 3366

The Walmart @ I-240 and Santa Fe has a ton of ammo. 45,40,38,357,and 9mm. They are selling Federal 100 packs of 9mm for $19 ea. They had pretty good stock on all of it. They even had a bunch of Hornady and Winchester PDX1 defense ammo.
