Depends on where i am in the home at the time the need arises. Most likely the first one will be my EDC which will be on me.

If i have my safe open at the time the answer might be ALL OF THE ABOVE....

In close quarters nothing equals a shot gun and double 00 buck shot.... And it you say anything different you’re full of BS or you dont have a clue in my opinion.

Right up till you shoot through a wall and someone is on the other side. On the other hand, I qualify under both statements above....

You can use 4 shoot or larger if your having to worry about someone in another room. 4 shoot will not penatrate two sheets of sheet rock, or so I have been informed.

I'm sure its not the best choice, but, the weapon I keep by my bedside is a S&W 9mm sigma. In this instance I like no safety to deal, with and the high cap. mag. I also like the fact if it got stolen, it wouldn't be a hugh loss.

First thing would be to let my rotties deal with it, next would be whatever I happened to have on me.

Since I do not believe civilians should have the right to own a gun, I think the best defense would be to grab my cell phone, crawl under the bed and notify the police so that they can handle the situation. What in the heck are these ARs that people keep speaking of???

While your under that bed, might as well call the morge, and funeral home, maybe they'll give you a still living discount.
