This is a limited edition print called "The Council" by Bill Rabbit. Bill Rabbit is a well known Oklahoma artist who recently passed away in April of 2012. The print is shrink wrapped on cardboard just as it was originally purchased. It has some damage in the upper left corner that is featured in one of the photos below.
