There is an article today in the Oklahoman that describes what they(OSBI) are doing to speed up the process. Paper said OSBI is hiring more people and put on a 2nd shift to speed up the process. Hopefully it will get better.
I was told 3.5 months when I submitted mine in July.
paper the other day said average WAS 57 days, then up to something like 115 days BEFORE the Colorado incident.
I submitted an application for a replacement license due to mine being stolen in April. Still haven't received the license, my card has not been charged, and when I called the OSBI they informed me they never recieved the application. And I cannot confirm with them when my license expires, believe NOV, but unsure. I'm at a loss as well.
they got my app june 6, my expiration was aug. 15. got my renewal 8-15 with new expiration of 8-11, go figure.
they answered my email within 2 days
