I bought this scope a couple of years ago to use as a "grab and go" telescope when I didn't want to drag out my big scope. I've only used it a couple of times because I prefer my larger scope. It is a Meade DS-2090Mak computerized GoTo scope. It has excellent optics (Maksutov-Cassegrain) and provides great views of the moon, Jupiter, Saturn, and other objects. It can also be easily removed (it has two thumb screws) from the computerized mount and placed on a tripod for use as a spotting scope. You would need to get an erecting prizm diagonal (about $30) for non-inverted views. The GoTo is very accurate. It includes a 9mm and 26mm Plossl eyepieces and the manual is on CD. I bought it new at Camera Gallery for $400. I will take $200 OBO. Let me know if you have any questions. If you want to see photos, let me know and I can send them. FTF in Tulsa please. Here is a link for specs on the scope.
Thanks,
Steven
