More B.S. from "you know who"

Everytime I have a gun show "the one we dare not speak his name" does something crappy to me. I'm running out of cheeks to turn.
First he was writing nasty letters, then he gave a flyer to all his vendors running down my business and questioning my integrity. Last week I had a gun show in Stillwater and he ran three full page ads for his show in Tulsa, over an hour away. This weekend somebody put some of my gun-show signs on the lawn at City Hall in Claremore, earning me a code enforcement citation. Not a big deal, but a big hassle. Now I have to drive two and a half hours to a court appearance for some petty B.S. I'm on the verge of getting pissed off! I'm ready to spit beachnut in that dude's eye and I don't even chew tobacco.

I'm opening it up to the OSA brain trust. Any Ideas?

It's already an inconvenience as you mentioned, but as others have pointed out, it's having an effect. Plus, the volume of enthusiastic feedback re: your shows are proof positive you're doing the right thing. Steady at the wheel!

I think you're doing just great superdave.

You are obviously viewed as a threat to him since you are creating a great business and one that can and will compete.

Like others have said, there isn't any reason to stoop to his level... he'll end up with enough bad press and possibly some real repercussions if he steps over the line and get's caught.

Not necessary, you guys are right. I've had that guys number up on my phone all day to give him an a$$ chewing and never hit dial. I'll just keep on, keepin on. When that code enforcement guy came into my show it really bugged me, then he had the gall to start shopping. I told him that his official business was over and now he needed to pay admission or leave. Oh well, another missed opportunity to make a friend

Just document everything. Include a timeline of it all in comparison to your show dates.
