Modified 1911 grips service

I do this mod to all of my new 1911 grips. It really makes a difference in quickness when changing a magazine. I do not have very large hands, and this mod keeps me from having to change my grip on the gun to do a mag change. I am offering up a service to modify your grips. I prefer g10, micarta such as VZ and Davidson grips, but I can also perform it on wooded grips. The wood grips are more challenging as they usually require refinishing to get the cut wood to match up with non cut wood. I charge $15 for the modification and $3 for shipping. I work in OKC and can meet up south OKC down through Purcell on my way home. Turn around time of 1-2 days, and if a mistake is made, I would replace your grip.
