Wouldn't do you any good to have one. No ammo.
The "gun community" hoarders are screwing the rest of us right now.
So I thought it would be a good idea to pick up a CMMG .22LR conversion kit for my AR. It appears that the panic buying has hit those as well since the very few I can actually find are almost double the price they were several weeks ago, you know, back when I SHOULD have bought one.

Common sense is not a Gift....
Its a punishment, because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

Yeah, I didn't expect all the .22lr to disappear. This is getting a bit ridiculous.

I've needed some .22 extremely bad and one place that has some in stock is Cabelas.

They have a 20 off $150 coupon which basically takes care of shipping. @ http://www.cabelas.com/assets/cms/im...ntw96&ctb2911n
Then I used some e-gift card coupon codes from junkcard.com to save another 9%. I bought one of the 2100 packs with can and 3 525 packs (back ordered). It came out to .039 cents a bullet (and a can) which isnt great, but its all i can find. They shipped half of my order and I'll get it on Tuesday.
3.9 cents per round.
I have 2 of the CMMG Uppers and they run flawless.
Now try to find mags for them.
I saw a CMMG 22lr conversion kit at Stillwater Armory today for $220.
