Not sure if there is any validity to this. If so, surely they just aren't ordering until they see what may come from the recommendations.

Well crap. That the only place in town that carries .22 bulk ammo. I reload everything else.

I bet this is really based on money. They just don't want a bunch of stock on hand if something changes. I'd look for them to keep stocking it in short order.

They'll see the light in a few weeks . I've got all the ammo I need. In the short term, this is bad news for rural people.

Ehhh... I'm gonna call BS until I see some confirmation somewhere. WalMart knows that ahead of any gun legislation taking effect, ammo sales would be even MORE crazy, and they will NEVER get stuck with stuff on the shelf they can't sell. Also, they know that ammo is really not huge on the target list at this time, it's the guns and magazines being targeted.

Seriously.... I'm thinking this isn't legit. It could be... but I hope not. They're the cheapest local place for just about everything, if you can find it in stock!

I was basing my remark on the fact that they order this stuff months in advance.
So maybe they held off on orders for June or July.

But I kind of doubt the whole idea anyway.

I didn't see Walmart doing something like this. I just don't see what suspending ammo sales is supposed to do. The stuff these companies do. Just sickens me.
