How many knives and what kind of turnaround are you looking for? I can put an edge on a knife that you can shave with, but I don't advertise and only do it for friends. I only use stones. No grinders or mechanical sharpeners whatsoever.
beware those who use machines.....grinders and such. if the blade needs to be re beveled then I would see about sending it back to the maker. I would also suggest that you pic up a spyderco sharpmaker 204 and a leather strop. That combination makes for a simple and bulletproof easy to learn sharpening setu. Been using that for nearly 8 years and its perfect.
