the lower is Teflon and the upper is another type of Finnish

I'd switch out the lower for a matching BCM before I'd do this. /\

I like the anodized teflon finnish, you think it would be hard to find someone to swap it out with.

I think it could be tough to trade. Most people who buy BCM wouldn't consider it a good trade for a CMMG.
