Since when is $1.00 the going rate for air at a convience store? Seems like it was usually .25. Highest I'd ever seen before today was. 50.

I see it from .50 - $1. Probably depends on how often their air chuck gets stolen and they have to replace it, or people not putting the air hose up and it gets ran over all day and kills their cheap hose.

Well it cost me a little over 200, but I can run an impact wrench and nail gun. Air up tires anytime I want. Occasionally leave it plugged in and turned on and get a lil startled when it kicks on.

Consider $1.00 as a deal. Washington DC charges the people trillions for the hot air they pump out...

If you want free air go to a Flying J/Pilot truckstop. Hit the fuel islands for the big rigs. Just stay out of their way with your little car. :)

I make compressed air all the time.




We bought a portable for our travel trailer, at a $1 a blow that might be a good option for the trunk.
