Closed a great deal with Sesh yesterday afternoon. He showed up with cash exactly as promised and was even able to deal with my lack of ability to find my way around Tulsa. Lol... Super nice guy and very easy to deal with. I wish it hadn't been so cold and crappy out, I would've stuck around a little longer to BS... deall with Sesh in confidence, he is good to go.
