I have one box of 348 Winchester Silvertips for my Model 71. I was thinking about potentially reloading for it someday amd was wondering if I could resize another cheaper caliber brass instead of shelling out $400+ for Starline 348 Win brass.
That's for how many pieces if brass though? When you consider the parent cartridge is the 50-110, that isn't cheap whatsoever either plus there's quite a bit of forming to get from 50-110 to 348 brass.I have one box of 348 Winchester Silvertips for my Model 71. Yeah sounds like what I have planned in the future. Probably 5th on my list after I get all my stuff for 270 Win, 264 Win Mag, 35 Whelen and 44 Mag. I was just seeing if there was a cheaper way cause I am resizing 7mm Rem Mag brass to 264 Win Mag which is cheaper to source. That's for how many pieces if brass though? I'd save your pennies and buy the 348 brass
