I called (long distance and was put on hold twice for a fairly long amount of time) and canceled my order. The person I talked to acted like she could care less about my problem. I've never owned a Mossberg product and I never will now that I know what their customer service is like. I guess I'll see if I can get one at Academy the next time I go to Tulsa.
