As stated, great for range use, almost a necessity if shooting USPSA or ICORE. But if you are thinking of using it for carry, use a rock instead. A cylinder flopping open because you hit it while yanking your gun out of a holster under stress in competition gets you a lower score. On the street it gets you dead.
