I would like to find some prague powder/ insta cure #1 / pink curing salt #1
Or sure cure... it is all the same thing or really close.

I figured I would ask here as I would like some today to brine cure a rear Hog leg/ham

tender quick is .5% nitrate and .5% nitrite The other above is 6% nitrite.
I will be out shopping today After I install a fuel tank into a 1957 Dodge Texan (coronet) for MIL.
I will hit bass pro and other places including crest and the big restaurant place off of 240

I've used Tenderquick on summer sausage and it works great. Just use the recommended amount per pound. Now you got me wanting to do another batch!
