frontline or filpronil has all but stopped working on my GSD dog .. with much hesitation switched to once a month pill for fleas.

He's on that 1 a month stuff now. Looking into cedar oil.
Our Vet prescribed a 3 month pill. I can't remember the name of it, but our dogs do not have ticks or fleas and we live in heavily wooded territory.
Happy Jacks or Jax 2 dip. About every 2 weeks in a garden sprayer because I absolutely hate having to actually dip them.

Interceptor for heartworms.
Was on trifexis pill for all of it until I asked the vet if it had tick protection and she said no. WTF? That makes it worthless in my book. We camp with the dog. No go. This combo seems to work great.
