I was on the committee in Amarillo and Lubbock many years ago, Believe it or not Lubbock had the largest turnout of any banquet in the country by a lot, ( over 1000 attendees) It was so large that Wayne LaPierre attended and I sat next to him during the banquet and got to visit with him, He is a pretty cool guy ! I also worked with the Tulsa committee for a few years and now just donate and try to attend the banquet every year. I have won several firearms including a Kimber .45 a couple of years ago ! It is a very worthwhile cause and all the money goes to support kids and womens shooting and training causes and DOES NOT go to the NRA in D.C., I have had many people say they won't support the cause because they don't like the NRA. It is a very worthwhile cause so If you can go and if not you can buy raffle tickets to certain raffles and not be present and still win ! Check them out !!!!
