better figure on an offroad motorcyle, bolt cutters, REAlLY good muffler, fairing so wires don't get you, low speed, NVD goggles and lots of caltrops to drop on the roads, so you don't get followed. Run some 3/" steel tubing into the shear at an extreme angle, .095 wall thickness cutting off 6" at a time, creating 2 sharp points. Have a mandrel for twisting each piece into a little curl. weld 2 of them together at their midpoints. Presto, a big bag full of very effective caltrops.
