Former Consumer Product Safety Commission(<em>CPSC</em>) chair Ann Brown wants more regulation on bullets(<em>"when someone who may be dangerous is prevented from buying ammunition, any gun he has hidden becomes like a car without gas: a useless hunk of metal"</em>). </p><p></p><p>3.
