I don't kill rodents. I kill pests. If they aren't bothering me or messing with my property, house, or stuff, then I leave them be. But when I pay a sizable amount of money to a lawn care company to make my lawn look good, and the armadillos come in at night and screw it up digging for grubs, then you better believe I'm going out of my way to kill every last one of them. Same with the possums — other than just being really ugly....I mean they LOOK like they have multiple diseases. They are like the poster rodents for infectious disease. If they want to walk my neighborhood and eat cat food, thats fine by me. But when they start creating a den under my shed, and burrowing through the floor of my shed during the winter to get out of the snow and cold, then yeah — I'm putting them in my crosshairs. I work hard to live the life that I have. I'm not rich, nor do I live above my means at all. I'm thankful for what I do have, and I will shoot any critter that wants to jack with it. PESTS.
