The only Bluetooth "headset" I've ever found that I really liked was my '13 F150, but it's admittedly quite difficult to use in my office. :D I had a Jawbone (Aliph, maybe?) at one point that worked quite well and was easy enough to wear, and a little Plantronics unit that had a battery built into its carrying case--that one was actually pretty nice, as it was one of the first BT headsets that could be paired with multiple phones. I now have a couple of corded headsets--one is a sound-isolating Ultimate Ears set that I wear in noisy environments and the other's a Klipsch set that I wear when I'm out walking. They're a whole lot less trouble, even with the cords, particularly given that I usually only have one of the Klipsch ear buds in my ear (the other is usually stuck in my shirt pocket). I think I gave $30 for the Klipsch and ~$75 for the UEs--and the UEs double as hearing protection.
