There are a lot of excellent quality pistols coming out of Turkey. I have pistols made by Sarsilmaz, Canik and Tisas. All are outstanding, particularly for the price point.

Picked my Stingray up in September and have about 300 rounds thru it so far. It's a great running 1911, although I am going to have to put a lower front sight on it. All I've done so far is change out the grips to the Bogie style thin grips. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

I have this same 1911. I absolutely love it. I’d love to get another tisas in .45. Im throughly impressed with the quality of these 1911s for how cheap they are.
