Thank you. Yes, I feel much better. My activity level is unbelievable. Even though both knees are shot, I'm maintaining 65,000-70,000 steps per week. I'm scheduled for total knee replacement in both knees, the 1st on Nov 15 and the other next spring.

Weight loss surgery is not easy, but it's a great tool for those that need it.
