Who are able to get the high margin jobs because they can tap a predictable well trained work force.</p><p></p><p>Phillips is closing a union electric plant (parts manufacturing) soon. It's the flagship of US operations....best production numbers in the system... Moving to Mexico. Goodyear is closing another west Tennessee plant for the same reason.</p><p>It ain't the cost of labor that costs jobs</p></blockquote><p></p>
