Hensley's In Yukon served my wife a roasted slab of chicken fat with a tiny bit of meat attached. I pointed it out to the manager; he took it off the bill and we left; never to darken their door again. It was gross. I don't know if they are even still open but there was a place in OKC up by Baptist Hospital called Macaroni Grill...I ordered some kind of pastas alfredo something or other and it came out all burnt up and really black and crispy on top. When I told the waiter I didn't want it and to get a manager, the manager brought me an extra little bowl of sauce to cover it up with. That didn't fly well; I refused to eat or pay, walked out, spoke rather harshly about the joint, wrote a letter the corporate HQ and in return they sent me a $10 gift certificate to the place. I gave it to a co-worker I don't like.
