The good news is that most of them work from home anyway so they can still be cranking out forms. I bet they are diligently working away as we speak. :rolleyes2

You say that, but my examiner actually called me back from her home. She got my message off her work VM and called me back right away.

My Form 4 had gone into a problem status as of 1/15 because I went full retard and accidentally sent in one original and a copy (which I normally keep for myself until I get my approved form back). I accidentally kept the 2nd original! I sent it in and she's got it in her hands.

She also said that it should be approved on Tuesday! Woohoo!

They misplaced a page of my Trust and it was in trouble status. My dealer faxed his examiner the missing page on the 4th and they approved it that day! Just got it back yesterday and picked up my can! :)

I put about 60 rounds through it Saturday in a quick session to re-zero and test. I gotta pick up a heavier buffer to tune it. The ejection was about 2 O'clock, which indicates it's overgassed with the can mounted.

I've been looking at the Noveske switchblock for that reason. It allows you to run normal gas or reduced/vented for use with suppressor. I'm going to run one on my SBR for sure, but I want to test the SPR to see if I need it.

I have a 14.5" Noveske low pro N4 Light Switchblock upper. I'd love to get a Switchblock for this 6933 upper, but they don't sell the pin on individually and I really prefer pinned to clamp on. I may wind up buying a clamp on and having it pinned if I can't talk them out of a pinned one.

BTW, the poor man's gas buster works perfectly! Never even felt a wisp of gas with the RTV'd BCM Gunfighter CH. :)

The waits do get easier Jeff. I almost died on my SBR, but it was a little easier on my 9mm can. Then the 338 can was easy. I probably only called 3 times on the TITAN.

my problem is I have 3 form 4's and a form 1 all at once. Haven't gotten my first back yet. It's four times as difficult right now.
And today is Presidents Day so they aren't there, DAMMIT!!!!!
