Went to the mailbox just a few minutes ago. Opened it up and there was this nice letter from the U.S. Department of Justice.

April 26 wrote the check and mailed it off.
April 30 check hit my bank
Who cares if it went pending or not just adds to the frustration.
June 26 stamp in my mail box.


Now the really frustrating thing. I have to wait until Monday to call VangComp to order the barrel for my shotgun.

If its the PM I've seen pictures of, I think it will looks slick chopped. Hell, I liked it with the 18.5 barrel.

Just have to wait for Hans to get back to his shop on Friday. Vang Comp is all out of 14" barrels. They had plenty when I called just before sending my paperwork off. Go figure they sold out in 60+ days.

No one in the shop knows when to expect more in. I have enough crap at work to keep my mind off of it not to mention the remodel we are doing at the house.

The hard part is done now just need everything else to fall into place. barrel, engraving, refinish, enjoy.

It was a good day. Called up VC and confirmed barrels are to be delivered tomorrow. Just need them to do their thing and box it up to ship out.

I'll probably get my shotguns stripped down this weekend. Need to get it engraved before it send it off to get refinished.
