Recently won a .45 can in a giveaway (Thanks Maj!) ...Delivered the Form 4 and got printed a week at ago at Cleveland County...I had a Form 1 done there 2 years ago and it took 1 day....I called yesterday regarding the Form 4 and they told me it would be another week (I never gave the lady on the phone my name) Do I need to start thinking about a trust or am I being hasty?

Get off my lawn.
I would do the trust. All that idiot has to do is have one of his henchmen type your name in the computer and find out you ain't a criminal. Then sign the form. I'd let him know that you're going to be doing a trust and that you would be helping out his opponent in the next election financially.

Nyet!

The suppressor doesnt go on it until the form has been approved. All you need is something simple in your schedule A,.. say $10.

So, trust (notarized) sans suppressor. Form 4 filled out. $200. I have never used the Citizenship form and my stamps have come back as fast if not sooner than those who do (so its your call).

Or, as Ty said, take the easy route and let Bryon help you. His Customer Service is the tits.

No pic or fingerprints for a trust. Also bryon will provide the filled out form 4's for you to sign

Yeah that's what sitting in the Cleveland County Sheriff's office right now gathering dust.Bryon sent me the Filled out Form 4..I signed it and added pics ..took it to the Sheriff and got prints done..but if I don't need my pics/prints back that's less hassle for me...I have a copy of what Bryon sent me so I have the info to fill out a new form 4 and send it back for his signature.

I've done at least 10 Form 1's and Form 4's with Cleveland County over the last 3 years and never had a problem, just drop it off with a copy of my DL and address and they usually have it signed in a week

Since you have already started the paperwork, let it follow it's course.
What's a week. If you are in that big of a hurry to get a supressor then you are going to hate the wait time for the NFA approval.

We were probably there on the same day, I was going to call them, but it seems like they have a stack he hasn't gotten to yet. I'll just wait until next week.

It's good to hear they have a history of signing them.
