Yes and yes.

Just remember the purchaser has to do the same paperwork that you did and get it approved before you can give it to them.
They would have to be an Okla resident. Otherwise you would have to transfer it to a class III dealer, who would then have to transfer it to a dealer in their state, who would then transfer it to them.
Alot of the time you will take a beating on the price.
Most people who buy suppressors keep them forever because of the paperwork hassles and they figure they will always get another gun to put it on some day if they have to sell the gun.

Get off my lawn.
Not a lot of money in a used silencer. Has to go on a form 4 if in state to the person and if out of state it goes on a form 4 to their in state dealer then form 4 to the individual so two taxes are paid. With you paying the 200 dollar stamp already you have $200 over the price you paid in it and they're not going to even give you what you paid for it because they can buy a new one for that. You lose a lot of money selling a suppressor. It's basically cheaper to keep a can in the 400-600 dollar range. My TITAN I could probably sell at a loss and it wouldn't seem like I just gave it away.

I have sold both a suppressed Ruger Mk II and an AOW 870 to another member on this site. No problems doing so whatsoever. As others have pointed out, if the item is going out of state there would be 2 taxes due, so you would not find many buyers.

I can't imagine wanting to sell one.
Maybe when the new wears off?
I think its one of the best purchases I have made.

Same here. I wouldn't think of selling any of mine. The key is to research the crap out of them and buy the one that meets your wants and needs the first time, regardless of price.

You can not imagine selling one now, but wait about 20 years and see how you feel then. I bought my suppressed Mk II in 1991. Todays technology is much better, so I sold it and bought a new can. Why would that be so hard to imagine?

I been thinking about letting my .22 can go. It is still a very good can and I like it a lot, but I want to get the new G5-22 can for my Full Auto. a bit bigger, and not as loud as the one I have now. I know I can use the one I have now on my Full Auto, but I do want one that is rated for Full Auto. and I do not need two .22 cans in the safe. I only use the one I have about 2 or 3 times a year.

Now if they had the G5-22 can out when I bought my OutBack, I do not think I would of got the Outback...

Because I am not thinking about 20 years later.
I am thinking about how much I like it now but I have only had it for a few months. How well do they hold their value after 20 years?
