yep..... I got my paperwork back today with a letter saying I had put the wrong barrel length. I thought it meant then instead of what it would be. I called my examiner and he said to strike the error and put the barrel length that it would be and he would approve it. It should take about two weeks. DAMN the bad luck.
O man that sucks oh well at least you know itll be like 2 weeks, Ive heard that alot that after it gets sent back and you fix it then itll be 2 weeks. Well I hope that I get mine back soon, it went pending 8-3.
OH... You should be hearing from them soon. It may be done already.
so if you sbr, there has to be a barrel length stated? can it ever be changed? i thought that once it was sbr'd you could configure it however you wanted. ie like a ar with different uppers.
Yes you have to state the barrel length, and I think you have to keep it at that if I remember right. Checked on mine today and it is still pending. Ive been just asking whoever answers the phone about the status, think I should ask to speak w/ the examiner? would they mind, and would they be able to tell me anymore?
I don't suppose they would care. AND I learned the hard that you gotta state the "correct" barrel length. Damn the bad luck. *BIG SIGH*
Well I called today it was approved......... YES APPROVED......... WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO. Now if the postal service will do its thing I'll post a picture of it for you.
