Best Pre-threaded rimfire pistol??

I have seen a couple lately for about 4 bills. IMHO, the Lipseys special Buckmarks barrels are too long to keep HV 22LR subsonic. If they had done a 4.5 inch barrel, to me that would have been ideal. Then you could shoot the cheaper HV and it would stay subsonic.

Keep your Rugers and by a Tactical Solutions upper for one of the them. Lots of different configurations to choose from and they are accurate and run great.

Thanks for the info. Someone on another forum put me on to Tactical Solutions and I really like what I see. I'm shopping around right now. I'm not sure what I think about the receiver being aluminum. I guess it's tough enough for a RF pistol. The 4.5 inch is the one I'm looking at. And it has the right threads too. Now I just need to sell my stainless Ruger upper.

Or you can sell the Ruger, buy any old Buckmark and get a Trail Lite barrel from TacSol. Then you can keep the factory Buckmark barrel and swap them as you choose. Here's mine:

That is a sweet looking rigg there. I've thought of the Buckmark as well. But they are more costly than I remember.

thread the ruger. cheapest way out. however all are great suggestions. i myself do not like the p22 though.

I have a browning buckmark whisper that I am wanting to part with, its threaded 1/2x28 from the factory if your interested in the buckmark route
