Sorry! They seemed to have changed their regs since I was dealing regular in them. Back then it was like the full-auto stuff.
Once a machine gun always a machine gun. Never heard of this register it this week, unregister it the next nonsense.

oh, which form is it i need to download for SBR? thank yall for dealing with my ignorance. also another question. i know i can read all the legal stuff, but i find it easier to get a short answer from the educated people about this stuff. if i send in paperwork for sbr, is it the same paperwork for all class 3 stuff, ie, suppressors and full auto?

I know what you mean. It seems like their interpretations change every few weeks. It is hard to keep up with.

If you are making an NFA item, you need a Form 1 (Application to Manufacture). If you are buying an already existing NFA item, you need a Form 4 (Application to Transfer).
