Are you talking about swinging them under and between your legs, using your core and your shoulders and legs to pull them back up just over shoulder level? If so, I love those!

I haven't done the Turkish get-ups yet but will be doing those soon.

my program started with one 35 pounder

clean and military press, row, windmill, front squat, and swings.

then after two weeks i needed more so I purchased the second bell

now my work out looks like this

double clean and military press, double row, turkish get-up/windmill (still working on the TGU) double squat, double swing.

I have messed with a few other excercises, I think tonight I might mess around with some seated presses or sot presses and might look into the renegade rows to see how they feel.

It looks like Ill be ordering the 50's within the next month. I am amazed on how well and fast they work...

I swing them between my legs and straight up over my head. I can't do that with the 70 pounder yet. Been off for a while. For a while I was snatching them. That will make you pay attention to what you are doing.

I love the renegade row. But I think I need more weight for anything that incorporates a row-like movement. These 26's just aren't cutting it in that area.

Oh yeah, and the windmills are a freaking trip! Very interesting how trying to keep that shoulder stable while bending sideways and down like that, works the body.

I need to get the terminology down better. Snatch, and clean I'm not sure on.

KB snatch

KB clean is similar, only you lift the KB to your shoulder instead of overhead. In the vid below he's giving tips on the snatch, but you can see him do some snatches and cleans at 1min 29sec in the video

Here's an alternating snatch/clean combo that shows you the difference pretty well. The clean is at the shoulder and the snatch is arm extended.
