I have found that members do a lot of charity outside of this forum. I mean to get down to basics, this is just a bunch of organized electrons that we add to, but there is a community that exists and there are great deeds that have happened only because those electrons exist.

The same with prayer requests. Some people just do it and don't talk about it. I think talking about in the forum can help hold up someone who needs support, but some people don't feel comfortable acknowledging it publicly.
